You pay by card right on our website when you book. Your card is authorized (held, not charged) at booking. We only charge it once your ride is confirmed — if we can't fit you in, the hold is released and you're never charged. No cash, no Cash App, no surprise fees.

What's your cancellation policy?

48+ hours before pickup: 100% refund. 12–48 hours: 75% refund. 4–12 hours: 50% refund. Less than 4 hours or no-show: no refund. Refunds are issued automatically based on when you cancel.
