Information we collect
When you book a ride we collect: your name, phone number, email address, pickup address, pickup time, trip details (passengers, bags, flight number), and any notes you provide. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
How we use it
- To dispatch and complete your ride.
- To contact you about your booking (confirmation, changes, arrival).
- To process payment via Stripe.
- To meet legal obligations (record-keeping, tax).
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Sharing
We share booking data only with our service providers: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and email delivery infrastructure used to send you booking confirmations. Each is bound by their own privacy commitments.
Retention
Booking records are retained for up to 7 years for tax and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal retention duties.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing bookings@henrycountyairportrides.com. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in any email we send.
