1. About
These Terms govern your booking and use of airport-transportation services provided by Henry County Airport Rides ("we", "us"). By booking a ride you agree to these Terms.
2. Bookings & Payment
All bookings are flat-rate based on pickup city. When you book we place an authorization hold on your card. The hold is captured (charged) only after the driver confirms the ride. If the driver declines, the hold is released and no charge occurs.
Bookings can be made up to 6 days in advance. We require at least 4 hours of lead time. Holds are released automatically if the ride is not confirmed within 72 hours of pickup, or if the checkout session expires.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- More than 12 hours before pickup: full refund / hold released.
- 4–12 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
- Less than 4 hours before pickup or no-show: non-refundable.

4. Service
We serve Henry County, GA to/from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). We are not responsible for missed flights due to traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control. We recommend booking pickup at least 2.5 hours before domestic departures and 3 hours before international.
5. Conduct
Passengers must wear seat belts. Smoking, illegal substances, and abusive behavior are prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service.
6. Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fare paid for the booking in question. We are not liable for lost or damaged personal items.
